When I started Tlntly, the goal was simple: fix messy resumes. I thought that was the big problem. After talking to recruiters and agency owners, I realized formatting is just the surface.

The real struggle you shared with me wasn't just about making a CV look good. It was about communication.

You didn't just need a document editor. You needed a way to connect the right person to the right job, faster.

So, we've been hard at work on two new features that tackle exactly this.

Vacancy Matching

Instead of manually scanning through your candidate list every time a new job comes in, you can now upload the job description directly to Tlntly.

The system analyzes your candidate pool and shows the best matches. It doesn't replace your judgment. It gives you a head start. You spend less time searching and more time talking.

Tailored Resumes

A generic resume often gets overlooked. We all know that tailoring a CV to the job increases the chances of an interview, but doing it manually for every application is exhausting.

Now, you can create a "Tailored Variant" of a candidate's resume specifically for a vacancy. The AI looks at the job requirements and the candidate's experience, then suggests edits to the profile summary and highlights the most relevant skills.

Crucially, it doesn't invent anything. It reframes existing experience to match the hiring manager's language. The "Master CV" stays clean. The tailored version hits the right notes.
