Introducing Vacancy Matching & AI Tailored Resumes

When I first started Tlntly, the goal was simple: fix the headache of formatting messy resumes. I thought that was the big problem. But after talking to so many of you - from independent recruiters to agency owners - I realized formatting is just the surface.
The real struggle you shared with me wasn't just about making a CV look good. It was about communication.
You told me things like:
"I know this candidate is perfect, but their generic CV doesn't show it clearly enough for this specific hiring manager."
or
"I have a new job opening and a database full of people, but I simply don't have the time to re-read every single resume to find the right match."
You didn't just need a document editor. You needed a way to connect the right person to the right job, faster.
So, we've been hard at work on two new features that tackle exactly this.
Vacancy Matching
Instead of manually scanning through your candidate list every time a new job comes in, you can now upload the job description directly to Tlntly.
The system will look at your existing pool of candidates and show you who matches best. It’s not about replacing your judgment, but about giving you a head start so you spend less time searching and more time talking to candidates.
Tailored Resumes
A generic resume often gets overlooked. We all know that tailoring a CV to the job increases the chances of an interview, but doing it manually for every application is exhausting.
Now, you can create a "Tailored Variant" of a candidate's resume specifically for a vacancy. The AI looks at the job requirements and the candidate's experience, then suggests edits to the profile summary and highlights the most relevant skills.
Crucially, it doesn't invent anything. It just reframes the experience they actually have to speak the language of the hiring manager. You keep the "Master CV" clean, while sending a version that hits all the right notes for that specific role.
Try it out
These features are live in your dashboard now. I built them because you asked for them, so I’m really keen to hear what you think. Give it a try and let me know if it helps you work a little lighter.
